This calorie crunching workout is designed to target the whole body. Bodyweight exercises form the basis of these workouts. In this workout running drills, core and strength work are all combined to create a workout that is as breath-taking as the view!
The workout itself is time based so nobody gets left behind! Mats are provided (and cleaned after every session) in addition we also use some other equipment to enhance the workout.
